Job Description:
Lead the end-to-end execution of bank-wide employee recognition programs that reflect the bank’s strategic priorities, values, and culture.
· Plan, organize, and execute activities and events for assigned recognition programs.
· Develop and implement communication plans to highlight recognized employees and position them as role models.
· Create reports, analyze data, and evaluate the effectiveness of program execution.
· Manage program budgets efficiently, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Management, or a related field.
· At least 5 years of experience in internal and/or external communications.
· Strong communication and project management skills.
· Self-motivated, independent, and eager to learn.
· Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and resilient.
· Proficient in English and Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
