Job Description:
· Ensure effectively communicate the bank’s strategic direction to different internal audiences across all internal channels.
· Strengthen our corporate culture and values across the organization.
· Leverage external channels to showcase the bank’s culture and values, while monitoring brand perception to refine strategies and attract new talent.
· Establish and manage bank-wide recognition programs.
· Oversee budgets, team resources, and provide leadership and coaching.
Quolifications:
· Master's degree in Communications, Branding, Marketing, Management, or related field.
· 12+ years of experience in Internal/External Communications and Corporate Culture.
· Excellent communication both Thai and English, negotiation, and influencing skills.
· Creative, proactive, and resilient with strong project management skills.
