Key responsibilities
- Coordinate to developing and implementing the strategy and governance of development/implementation of IT Application Solutions which supporting TTB Business Operations covering customer facing solutions as well as TTB Back-office operations in order to standardize and improve the services to business.
- Work with team to gather and consolidate portfolio of the business requirements for developing and delivering the required business solutions to businesses as the expected target also managing on overall plan and timeline of each assignment to ensure the delivery is met the target.
- Coordinate with Business Representatives to conduct the requirement portfolio prioritization in order to manage the delivery timeline of all business requirements under business agreement of priority management.
- Coordinate team of designing the standard communication procedure for communicating with the businesses in order to effectively acknowledge the status of portfolio deliverables and managing clear expectation.
- Coordinate with the respective Application Solution teams to conduct the solution design addressing any business requirement in consolidation blueprint aligning with Target Operation Model which leading by Enterprise Architecture team.
- Promote and enforce all IT related strategy, procedures and governance for all business units
- Responsible for any special assignment providing by Head of Application Solution.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or any related fiel
- At Least 8-10 Years of Project Manager, Project Management, Vendor Management in a variety of applications and development platforms
- Experience in implementation and maintenance of quality assurance processes and ensures compliance with the established standard
- Experience in leading a quality assurance team and maintaining a high standard in a business software
- Experience in Test Automation for both Automated Functional and Performance testing
- Strong leader with experience in implementing the company’s QA processes and strategies
- Have strong technical skills, both functional and non-functional, manual and automation, ideally in a continuous delivery environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Leadership and Analytical Skills
- Advanced knowledge in software testing methodologies, tools, and processes along with knowledge of SDLC
- Have knowledge in Agile practices such as test-driven development (TDD) is advantage
- Knowledgeable to understand cloud testing solutions is advantage
- Good communication in English
- ISTQB or CSTE or CASQ certification is a plus
